The stage is built, the projectorsÂ are in and the sound is ready. After a very cold weekend and some long hours, this image gives a sneak preview of what is in store, as the projectors are tested with Mcfaul’s LUB07 piece. See you on College Green.

Independent local brewery Bath Ales join Watershed cafe bar this year to serve up warming festive brews on College Green for Light Up Bristol. From mince pies and chestnuts to locally brewed beer and mulled wine, you will be able to grab your favorite winter tipple and relax in front of the spectacular show.

Light Up Bristol will create an extra special winter wonderland on College Green this year, by launching every evening with a blizzard. The snow, which is being provided by Snow Business, worldwide experts in snow to the film industry (film credits include Harry Potter, James Bond, and Notting Hill) will launch with a flurry and gently fall throughout the evening to guarantee Bristol a white Christmas this year.
